申请者条件
Applicant Requirements
（1）申请人须为遵守中国法律法规及学校纪律、品德良好、尊重中国人民的风俗习惯的外籍人士；
The applicant shall be a foreigner who abides by the laws and regulations of China and the disciplines of the school, who is of a good character and respects the customs and cultures of the Chinese people;
（2）入学前须具有中国教育部认可的硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁；
Who must have a master's degree recognized by the Ministry of Education of China, and shall not be more than 40 years old before entering the education;
（3）学习成绩优秀；
Excellent academic performance;
（4）未同时获得中国政府其他各类奖学金。
Who hasn’t been awarded with any other scholarships by the Chinese Government at the same time.

学生类别为博士研究生，只用于招收新生，不向已在读的博士研究生提供。
This scholarship only open to recruit new PHD students and are not available to Ph.D. students who are currently in study.
授课语言为汉语。
Scholarship students can register for Chinese-taught program.

Steps
在规定时间内将申请材料提交至辽宁中医药大学国际教育学院招生办公室。
Submit all your application documents to admissions office of LNUTCMIEC before the deadline.
申请材料
Application Documents
（1）申请人填写的《中国辽宁省政府外国留学生奖学金申请表》（申请表中，须填写导师评语及意见，导师研究方向须与申请专业方向一致；导师所在院系审核意见）；
Application Form for Scholarships for Foreign Students of the Government of Liaoning Province of China, must filled in by the applicant (the application form have to included the reference and comments by your tutor, the definition of your tutor's research must be the same as that of the application for a professional research; as well as your Tutor's department audit opinions );
（2）经公证的最高学历证明和学习成绩单复印件（非中英文需附上经过公证的相应的中文或英文译文）；
A notarized copy of the highest educational background certificate and academic transcript
（For non-Chinese and English, a notarized Chinese or English translation must be attached）；
（3）在学或在职证明原件及复印件；
The original and photocopy of the certificate of current employment or education.
（4）来华学习和研究计划。用中文或英文书写（不少于1000字）。内容包含对中国、学校、专业的认识以及对未来的规划，博士研究生须由中方导师签字。
A Study Plan and Research Proposal （written in Chinese or English）.This should be a minimum of 1000 words.The components of study plan are the understanding of China, the university ,the major applied and the planning for the future.The study plan must be signed by the Chinese tutor for PHD applicant.
（5）推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，中方院校或者中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价。Two Recommendation Letters（written in Chinese or English）;The components of Recommendation Letters are the requirement of the learning objectives for applicant,cooperation between Chinese university or Chinese tutors and foreign tutors or university and the evaluation of comprehensive abilities and future development for applicant.
Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.
（6）有效护照的复印件（首页及内白页）请提供完整的个人信息页的复印件；
A photocopy of the valid passport: please provide a photocopy of the complete personal information page;
（7）HSK4及以上的汉语成绩报告复印件（HSK成绩报告有效期为两年）；
The copy of valid HSK4 Certificate ( HSK results are valid for only 2 years)；
（8）申请人如有论文发表成果，请附清单（包括论文标题、发表刊物名称、发表时间等信息）；
If the applicant has any achievements in publishing thesis’s , please attach a list (including the title of the thesis, the name of the publisher, the date of publication, etc.);
（9）导师简介；
Introduction of tutor；
（10）《外国人体格检查表》。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
Foreigner Physical Examination Form
The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
（11）辽宁中医药大学导师接受外国研究生（硕博）留学生意向表
FORM FOR PROVISONAL ACCEPTANCE OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENT (MASTER/PHD) BYLIAONING UNIVERSITY OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE;
（12）申请人诚信承诺书
Letter of commitment;
（13）无犯罪记录证明或无犯罪记录承诺书
Certificate of No Criminal Record or signed commitment form for no criminal record;
Note: The above materials need to be translated into Chinese or English if they are not in the languages required.
以上材料请按上述顺序将电子版发送至 lnutcmiec@hotmail.com，（邮箱题目：“辽宁省政府外国留学生奖学金-学生姓名”），纸质版在左侧装订成册（一式四册），于2024年05月05日前交至辽宁中医药大学国际教育学院招生办公室，无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。
若涉及材料补充请申请人关注国际教育学院消息并在规定时间内积极补充。
Please send the above materials in electronic format to lnutcmiec@hotmail.com in the above order. "Liaoning Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students - Student's Name"), the paper version is bound into a volume (in four copies) on the left side, and should be submitted to the Admissions Office of College of International Education, Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine before May 05, 2024. No matter whether the applicant is admitted or not, the application materials will not be returned.
Please pay attention to the information of the LNUTCMIEC and provide the supplement documents within the specified time if you need provide the supplement documents.
